What is the Best Plan for You?

Hiring a Consultant 9 Months to a Year From Your Wedding Date
This plan will involve working with your consultant throughout the entire process. If you work full time and have many obligations, this may be the right plan for you. Think of your planner as your personal assistant throughout what would have been a stressful time consuming process. During this time, it is common to book your locations for your ceremony and reception party.

Hiring a Consultant 6 Months to 9 Months From Your Wedding Date
This is a crucial time during the planning process when contracts are reviewed and signed! It’s time to find your dress and begin thinking about the details that will continue to evolve. Guest lists must be formulated and the coordination process is orchestrated. Typically, this is a very stressful time for a bride and groom who choose to take on the many tasks on their own. Let us take on your burdens.

Hiring a Consultant 3 Months to 6 Months From Your Wedding Date
The date is around the corner. Everyone is getting excited and much work still needs to be done! Invitations must go out and guest accommodations accounted for. Count on us to make your life easier!

Month Of Coordination
This is when all loose ends must be tied together before you tie the knot!
This month entails lots of communication between vendors and your consultant.
Last minute touches and confirmations must be made. The Bride should make time for herself to relax while your consultant tends to final details.

Sorry, we do not do day of coordination, although we may make exceptions for "a week of plan" depending on your needs and our schedule. San Diego is a very busy and popular location for weddings year-round.
